last week

i am happy. because last week was great!
eventhough the clearest memories i have of it are sleepless nights and headaches and mood swings, it was great. i finished my thesis! the war is not over, because i still have to do stuff for the presentation, but for the first time, i'm looking forward to it.

my adopted feral cat escaped/ran away, but i'm happy. he's still around the house asking for food and hissing when i'm too close to him (i'm just trying to feed you in a friendly manner...)

it started out when old friends keep asking me about my late kitty cat, Juling (I still miss u Juls, and I know lisha does too). i miss having a kitty friend so i decided to befriend the ferals around my house. usually, i just feed them and leave but then, i started waiting. put food in the bowl and sat there. not one kitty came to eat. they just made those hungry sounds and look at me as if saying, what are u waiting for, go inside... but i stayed, for quite some time. their fear is bigger than hunger cos all of them just linger around, the nearest is about three feet away, any sudden moves and they're out of the compound...and came back like 30 seconds later. i tried throwing some biscuits near them, thinking maybe they would come nearer for more, but they didnt. they are very patient ferals, i guess they knew that i live inside and i'm not gonna stay there forever. so they keep waiting.
i did this for a couple of weeks and got tired. so i set a trap. i aimed for the one that looks like Juling and got him. prepared an empty room for him, placed the carrier, litter pan, some toys, food and water in the room. evrything was there, something like a major turn for a feral (it's a big room).
i started surfing the internet for tips on how to tame a feral. downloaded some and started a tamong program for my new kitty, Copot or Pot or Pots or Potty. but only after 5 days, he managed to escape through the window (which i opend to give him fresh air, silly me) that's the end of taming ferals for me (probably just for a while cos i have this feeling that i'm gonna do it again)
i can see clearly the positive reasons for this. i dont think i'm ready for commitments and adopting cats are a huge commitment. and i dont want to be irresponsible. i know, i will have cats and other animals in the future, cos i love animals and one of my dreams is to have my own zoo where all the animals love me dearly.

what i'm trying to do here is write a blog, like everybody else. i already have an organizer, i dont feel like doing it all over again here (my first plan was to write my plans for the following week in this blog) (lisha, saya dah tak ada idea...)

so here is my first blog

this blog

i'm putting my weekly plans here so that lisha, or anyone else can keep bugging me about what i have to do, and hopefully, eventually, i will do every single one that i have/want/need to do.

introduction. okay, my plan is, every sunday, i will write on this blog, what i plan to do, things that are on my calendar and other things that are on my mind, for the following week.

why? the reason for this is because i am not a writer (i have dreamt of being one, but i cant even score in simple essay exams, hmmm, i even s*** at writing short text messages) and blogs need writing. so this is the only way that will make me come back here more often, and my 'die hard fans' and other visitors (which are lisha, lisha and lisha) will have something to read and comment.
